The vividly green celery (Groene Pascal) “Plein Blanc Pascal” that is ideal for soups, reigns among its kin thanks to its bright colored leaves and extremely high vitamin and mineral content. Stalks of the proposed variety are thick, fleshy, stiff, and consist of large quantities of essential oils. “Plein Blanc Pascal” leaves grow up to 20 cm tall and can be harvested for a long time.
